I was caught stealing from my work (nothing major). However when I was intereviewed by the DLPM for (name removed) The repayment plan was over 200 times the cost of what I did. I went to some forums to look for naswer fully expecting I would have to pay thousands to avoid jail. I met Retail theft Expert and we had several email conversations. The investigation Retail theft Expert conducted uncovered that the DLPM was padding internals to get bigger bonus. I only repaid what I took (around 50 bucks) and I never heard or saw the DLPM again. I presume he was fired.

After contacting shrinkmaster aka "retailtheftexpert" on www.thelaw.com/forums/ he answered my questions and checked up on the stores I was concerned about. I did not have to wait very long for an answer and he even followed up a few days latter to give me additional information. I definitely recommend his help if you require advice or information about background checks and a hiring process.
